CV Values Meet Our Team

Where and When

We meet on Sunday mornings in Mawarra Public School hall in Elderslie (68 Macarthur Road), across the river from Camden NSW. When driving down Macarthur Road, look out for our banners.

We offer 2 services:

  • Our Teaching Service at 8am

  • Our Family Service at 10am

You are welcome to attend one or both services.

Parking

Parking is available in the school grounds (enter via the main entrance on Macarthur Road) as well as on the street.

Our Services

8am Teaching Service

This service, for adults, is held in the school's Library and is designed as an interactive, theme based learning environment. Our theme for term 1 of 2026 is Characters of the Old Testament. 

This service typically lasts for 1 hr and usually only runs in school terms.

10am Family Service

Our 10am Service is a family conscious, praise and worship service with an engaging message. It allows for kids and youth to participate in part of the service and then to have their own, seperate, guided program time.

We encourage you to spend time in fellowship both before and after the service (with a light morning tea).

The service typically lasts 1 ¼hrs and runs every Sunday.

What happens in our Family Service

Our Family Service follows a common format of an opening prayer, several worship songs, announcements, a message, prayers and a closing worship song.

An announcement is made in the service when the kids and youth are to go off to their own activities.

What to wear

Most people dress casually for our Sunday services, but you are also welcome to dress more formally if that is your tradition or preference.

Tithes and Offerings

There are several ways you can give, if you feel able, to CV church but most of our giving is done on-line.

There is a donation box at the Welcome Hub for in-person giving.

Ways to Give

Childrens Program

Our Childrens Program runs in conjunction with the 10am Family Service. The kids participate in the main service for a short time before moving to their own space and program.

Children are allocated into either the Toddlers Group (pre-school age) or Primary Group (those in Primary School) and each have their own space.  

Youth Program

Our Youth program, overseen by Ben and Kristen, runs during the 10am Family Service. The youth participate in the first section of the Family Service before moving to their own space.

Fellowship and Coffee

We love to fellowship both before and after a service and what better way than with one of our barista made coffees specially made to your order.

After the service we also serve a light morning tea.
