As an incorporated entity, under NSW Fair Trading, we are obliged to hold an Annual General Meeting for all members of the entity.

This meeting is run by Church Council and is an opportunity to discuss our finanical state, elect Council memebrs and conduct other business.

To vote on any motion during the meeting, attendees must have renewed their membership prior to the meeting.
