  • If required, voting for Church Council positions.
  • Finance report,
  • Pastors report and Vision for 2025.

2023 AGM Minutes

Minutes of the 2023 AGM are here.

Church Councillors

This year there are 3 current council members whose term as councillors is expiring and are submitting themselves for re-election for another 2 years. Also our newest member, Matt Lane, is up for election. This means there are 4 positions on Council to be decided. The vote for positions on the Council will be held only if the number of nominees exceeds the number of open positions.

Congregation members are able to nominate a representative for Church Council by filling out the Church Council Nomination form and returning it to the Council Secretary (Matt Lane) by Sunday 20th October. To be able to nominate a person or to second a nominee, you must be a present 'voting member' or intend to become a 'voting member' before this year's AGM.

Voting Membership

Any motions that require a vote at the AGM, such as Church Council positions, acceptance of minutes, special motions etc, are only open to 'Voting Members' of Camden Valley Church Incorporated. Details on how to renew your 'Voting Membership' or to apply for a new Voting Membership will be available here soon and will also be available at Sunday services. Nominations for 'Voting Membership' will be received up until Sunday 20th October.
